We are looking for a Clinic Supervisor to support daily operations within our Pediatric Orthopaedic clinics. This role is ideal for someone who is ready to step into leadership, enjoys being hands-on, and takes pride in keeping workflows efficient, organized, and patient-centered.
As a Clinic Supervisor, you will work closely with the Clinic Manager and providers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while directly supporting front office and clinical staff.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
Supervise Daily Operations
Oversee day-to-day clinic flow to ensure efficient patient throughput
Monitor staffing coverage and adjust assignments as needed
Troubleshoot real-time operational issues
Ensure providers are supported and clinic schedules remain on track
Maintain a strong presence on the floor to support staff and patients
Support & Develop Staff
Provide frontline supervision to front desk and/or clinical support teams
Assist with onboarding and training of new employees
Offer coaching and performance feedback in partnership with the Clinic Manager
Address workflow concerns and help reinforce expectations
Promote a positive, team-focused clinic culture
Ensure Quality & Compliance
Support adherence to organizational policies and clinic protocols
Reinforce patient safety practices and documentation standards
Assist with monitoring registration accuracy, scheduling workflows, and referral processes
Help prepare for audits, inspections, and compliance reviews
Administrative & Operational Support
Assist with timekeeping approvals and schedule coordination
Support supply inventory management and equipment readiness
Collaborate with providers and leadership on workflow improvements
Escalate larger operational or personnel concerns appropriately

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience). Four years of progressively more responsible management experience. Background knowledge of hiring department’s area of specialization in order to analyze, plan and draw conclusions for recommendations to superiors. Demonstrated leadership skills in planning and directing employees and processes in order to effectively monitor and develop subordinates and to ensure the smooth operation of department. Completion of provided supervisory training within one year of employment may be required.
Master’s degree in a related area may be preferred.
