Job Title: Architectural Project ManagerJob Description
We are seeking a licensed architect with a degree from an NAAB-accredited program to oversee commercial architectural projects. The projects range in size from 5,000 to 50,000 square feet, encompassing the full architectural process from schematic design to construction administration. The ideal candidate will have experience in at least five commercial projects and will be responsible for finished plans, specifications, and material approvals under the guidance of a senior designer.
Responsibilities
Create architectural models in Revit.
Manage commercial projects from schematic design to construction administration.
Ensure the completion of plans, specifications, and material approvals.
Communicate effectively with mid or senior-level designers and project managers.
Perform project programming and analysis, site surveys, and documentation.
Demonstrate leadership in the production of quality construction documents.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in Revit.
Understanding of IBC, accessibility, and local zoning codes in Utah.
Experience in project management for commercial architectural projects.
Strong communication and team leadership skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Architectural degree from an NAAB-accredited program.
Licensure preferred.
Work Environment
This position offers a hybrid schedule with three days working from home and two days in the office after an initial 90-day period in the office. Office days depend on project team requirements. Flexible start and end hours are available, with base hours from 8 am to 5 pm, allowing for a start up to two hours before or after 8 am. The company provides PTO ranging from 160 to 200 hours per year, 11.5 holidays, and supports professional growth with 'Pay for Pass' licensure and certifications. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
Depending on years of experience, PTO of between 160 to 200 hours per year. 11.5 holidays Client EVP PTO and holidays listed above Growth opportunity: Employees have started as runners/admin and completed their employment with company as principal. “Pay for pass” for licensure and professional certifications.
