KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Manager Search Services of Global Tech and Knowledge (GTandK) to join our KPMG International organization.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to the development and execution of strategic product roadmaps for enterprise search initiatives
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to surface business requirements and deliver effective search solutions
Manage assigned governance, product management, and continuous improvement initiatives for search-related products with minimal supervision
Support search product upgrades, technical integrations, and seamless alignment with other KPMG digital platforms
Engage with the internal search community to promote best practices, adoption, and ongoing improvement
Contribute to agile team efforts within the One Intranet group, maintaining clear ownership of the product backlog and ensuring delivery of search-related requirements
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
Minimum seven years of recent experience in a large enterprise with an established track record of leading, identifying and addressing business requirements in all aspects of Product/Service design and delivery, and search services
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or seven years equivalent work experience in the field
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Azure and M365 services in a large Enterprise environment
Good verbal/written communication (English), collaboration, facilitation, influencing, and negotiation skills required
