The Beverage Specialist at McDonald’s is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages while ensuring consistency, speed, and excellent customer service. This role focuses on maintaining beverage standards, cleanliness, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including soft drinks, coffee, specialty drinks, and shakes, according to company standards
Ensure accuracy and consistency in beverage preparation and presentation
Maintain cleanliness and organization of beverage stations, equipment, and surrounding areas
Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing customer questions or concerns
Assist team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of beverage equipment
