Entry-Level Production Operator / Assembly Line Associate – 1st Shift – $18/hr – Weekly Pay – Salisbury, NC

Looking for a full-time job , weekly pay , and a consistent 1st shift schedule ? We’re hiring Production Operators / Assembly Line Associates in Salisbury, NC for a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This is a great entry-level opportunity for candidates with some manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience who are ready to build a long-term career.

Pay & Schedule:

• $18.00 - $18.60 per hour

• Weekly Pay

• Monday–Friday ( No Weekends )

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Perform assembly line work including coating, prepping, and finishing panels

• Meet daily production goals in a fast-paced environment

• Conduct quality checks to ensure product consistency

• Complete repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail

• Follow safety procedures and keep your work area clean

What We’re Looking For:

• Entry-level candidates welcome with some manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience

• Strong attendance and reliability

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay on task

• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs

• Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled facility and wear PPE

• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
