With exceptionally low turnover and deep institutional knowledge, the team is built on mutual respect, collaboration, and a commitment to getting things right the first time.

Employee tenure spans from a few years to more than four decades, reflecting a workplace that values consistency over chaos and long‑term success over short‑term solutions. If you thrive in an environment that prioritizes quality, balance, and thoughtful execution, this role provides both meaningful influence and lasting career sustainability.

The Role

As Project Manager – Architecture & Engineering, you will lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering efforts across architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil, and structural disciplines. Serving as the central point of coordination, you’ll ensure projects remain accurate, cost‑effective, and aligned with broader organizational goals.

This position is well suited for a professional who enjoys owning projects from concept through completion, navigating design and construction challenges, mentoring technical teams, and managing multiple initiatives without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project change management by reviewing, tracking, and validating change orders and implementing corrective actions as needed.

  • Provide technical guidance and collaborate closely with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

  • Support the training and development of AutoCAD specialists to maintain strong technical standards and consistency.

  • Communicate project updates, design changes, and technical requirements clearly to internal teams and external partners.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for landlords, contractors, vendors, and governing authorities.

  • Assist with engineering concepts, fixture and layout development, scopes of work, and project scheduling.

  • Continuously improve engineering workflows to enhance accuracy, productivity, and efficiency.

  • Perform value engineering to reduce construction costs while maintaining quality and brand standards.

  • Maintain proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Virtual Premise, and applicable building codes.

  • Research, analyze, and present information using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong ability to interpret construction documents, drawings, and technical specifications.

  • Excellent planning, organizational, and documentation skills.

  • A solutions‑focused mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.

  • A collaborative, team‑oriented approach and confidence working across disciplines.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting retail construction projects or rollout environments.

Work Environment & Culture

  • Based at the Salisbury headquarters with one designated remote workday per week.
