Grinder Operator - Salisbury, NC - 2nd Shift (2:30 PM–11:00 PM)
Join a leading U.S. manufacturer of carpet cushion and hard‑surface underlayment as a Grinder Operator in Salisbury, NC . This role supports grinding operations by safely moving materials, feeding grinders, completing paperwork, and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace.
Pay & Shift
Location: Salisbury, NC
Pay Rate: $13–$15/hr
Additional $2 weekly for meeting attendance standards
2nd Shift: 2:30 PM–11:00 PM
Responsibilities
Operate a forklift to move and load bales safely.
Feed material to industrial grinders and keep hoppers full.
Complete lot tags and routine paperwork accurately.
Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow PPE/safety guidelines.
Requirements
Valid forklift certification .
Strong attendance, attention to detail, and ability to handle physical tasks.
Ability to follow safety procedures and work in a fast‑paced environment.
