Now Hiring: Machine Operator / Forklift Operator (1st & 2nd Shift)
Location: Salisbury, NC
Pay rate: $15.50 – $18.50 per hour
Shift Details:
1st Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM
2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Plus: $2/hr attendance bonus (earned weekly for perfect attendance)
Job Summary:
We are hiring experienced Machine Operators with forklift experience for a production facility. This role involves operating mold machinery and ensuring product quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production/mold machines
Follow foam formulas and production instructions
Measure products using a tape measure for accuracy
Perform quality checks and maintain production standards
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements (Must Have):
Machine operating experience (manufacturing/production)
Forklift experience (certification preferred)
Ability to read a tape measure
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work assigned shift consistently
Preferred:
Forklift certification
Experience in foam or mold production
