We’re hiring Finishing Operators for our 2nd shift (afternoon/evening) team at a growing manufacturing facility producing high-performance building enclosure products in Salisbury.

Position Details:
Job Title: Finishing/Warehouse Operator
Location: Salisbury, NC
Pay: $18/hour starting pay
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (2nd Shift)
Shift Changes / Overtime: As assigned and based on business needs.
This is a 2nd shift position. Candidates must be available to train on 1st shift and move to 2nd shift from 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM.
What You’ll Do:
Trim, prep, coat, and pack products with care and attention to detail
Apply coatings and monitor product quality on the line
Move, stack, palletize, wrap, and label finished products
Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
Work closely with teammates and supervisors to meet production goals
Learn and assist in different areas as production needs change
What We’re Looking For:
High School Diploma or GED
Manufacturing experience preferred (training provided)
Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Willingness to wear PPE and work in an unconditioned space
Availability to work 2nd shift hours consistently
