Position Details
Role: Finishing / Warehouse Operator
Location: Salisbury, NC
Pay: $18.60/hour to start
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Training will take place on 1st shift before moving to 2nd shift
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be hands-on and making an impact every day:
Trim, prep, coat, and package products with precision
Keep a close eye on quality throughout production
Move, stack, wrap, label, and prep products for shipment
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Team up with coworkers to hit daily goals
Jump in where needed—variety keeps things interesting
What We’re Looking For
Manufacturing experience is a plus (but we’ll train the right person!)
Strong work ethic and a team-first mindset
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout your shift
Comfortable wearing PPE and working in a non-climate-controlled setting
Reliable and ready to show up consistently
