ManpowerGroup Machine Operator - 1st shift in Salisbury, North Carolina
MACHINE OPERATOR – DAY SHIFT OPPORTUNITY
We manufacture premium carpet cushion and hard surface underlayment products that support today’s advanced flooring systems, including laminate, luxury vinyl, engineered wood, and hardwood flooring.
Now hiring dependable Machine Operators.
Schedule (Monday –Friday):
5:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
What You’ll Do:
Set up and operate production machinery
Monitor equipment performance
Ensure consistent product quality
Keep work areas clean and safe
Move materials as needed (forklift use preferred)
What We’re Looking For:
Prior manufacturing experience a plus
Forklift operation experience preferred
Strong work ethic
Ability to work in an industrial environment
Safety-focused and reliable
Work with a company that produces recyclable products and supports sustainable manufacturing practices nationwide.
