Our client, a leading manufacturing facility , is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift to join their team in Salisbury, NC . As an Electrical Maintenance Technician , you will be part of the Maintenance Department , supporting the Operations and Production Teams . Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift
Location: Salisbury, NC
Pay Range: $17 – $20 per hour, depending on experience
What’s the Job?
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, control panels, and machinery
Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment to ensure minimal downtime
Maintain accurate maintenance and inspection records
Support installation of new electrical systems and upgrades
Respond to electrical issues and maintenance requests as a key problem solver
What’s Needed?
Proven experience in electrical maintenance or a related field
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, motors, and control equipment
Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working in varying conditions
