Holt Paper And Chemical Co Inc Night Warehouse Order Selector in Salisbury, Maryland
Holt Paper Co. in Salisbury, MD is accepting applications for Night Order Selectors for nighttime Warehouse operations. This individual is at the forefront of Holt's distribution operations. Responsibilities include but not limited to correctly selecting and pulling products to be loaded onto Holt Trucks for delivery to our many loyal customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:Duties include but are not limited to:
- Unload, pick, stage, and/or prepare products and materials using a forklift, pallet jack, or other power equipment for truck deliveries.
- Keep receiving area, warehouse shelves, and aisles clear, clean and organized
- Obligated and trained to work in all areas of the warehouse which include, but are not limited to: Dry Dock, Cooler and Freezer
- Complete all relative records and paper work given to the employee and redistribute them as necessary
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Safely operating a pallet jack and forklift around a warehouse
- Must be available to work night shifts
- Ability to work in seasonal temperatures
- Must be able to handle heavy weighted items
- Develop and maintain excellent customer service
- Able to stand for several hours throughout the day
- Must be able to work effectively with other employees and report to the manager as necessary
