ManpowerGroup Onsite Service Specialist in Salina, New York

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and customer service support, is seeking an Onsite Service Specialist to join their team. As an Onsite Service Specialist, you will be part of the operations team supporting daily activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Onsite Service Specialist

Location: Liverpool, NY

Pay Range: $30

Shift: First shift, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, with a half-hour lunch break

What's the Job?

  • Perform quoting and hands-on labor tasks related to manufacturing processes

  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction and clarity

  • Manage inventory and ensure proper vending put away procedures

  • Support overall manufacturing activities to meet production goals

What's Needed?

  • Valid Real ID or Passport for identification purposes

  • Customer service experience preferred

  • Experience with vending put away and inventory management

  • Knowledge of metal working, CNC, or manufacturing environments is a plus

  • Ability to work onsite and follow safety protocols
