Adecco US, Inc. Travel Registered Nurse in Salem, Oregon

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently hiring a Travel RN – Home Health in Salem, OR. This is an on-site, full-time contract position.

Pay: $54 to 56.00 per hour

Type: Four-month contract (possibility of extension)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

Coverage Area: 60 Mile Radius from Salem

Mileage: Reimbursed

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a home setting. In this role, you will manage patient cases, deliver skilled nursing services, and support patients and families in managing care at home. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working independently in the field.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home patient care for home health patients within the assigned coverage area

• Manage patient caseloads and follow individualized plans of care

• Perform skilled nursing tasks including wound care

• Provide catheter care and maintenance as needed

• Educate patients and families on disease management and home care practices

• Instruct patients on proper medication use and safety

• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to physicians and care teams

• Document all patient care, progress, and updates in EMR systems (Homecare Homebase preferred)

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Home health experience preferred

• Drivers license

Pay Details: $54.00 to $56.00 per hour
