Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
Location: Salem, OR
Pay Range: $17/hr
What’s the Job?
Provide technical support assistance for electronic lockboxes, access keys and listings
Multi-task tools and screens to perform technical support assistance via telephone in an efficient and effective manner
Follow call-handling procedures to ensure uniform support within the guidelines of the department.
What’s Needed?
High school diploma or GED
Drug test and background check required
Must have open availability - 5am to 7pm and able to work weekends on-site
