Senior HRIS Analyst
Job Description
The Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for providing technical support of Prime's HR information systems, including issue analysis, design, configuration, testing, and implementation of moderately complex solutions for new and existing systems and functionality.
Responsibilities
Analyze, recommend, design, configure, test, and implement complex new functional and break/fix solutions for assigned HR products (e.g., payroll, benefits, compensation), leveraging technical expertise through an agile methodology
Participate in cross-functional HR projects and initiatives as the HRIS application owner for assigned HR products
Maintain knowledge of new upcoming features and functionality, within Prime's HR information systems landscape, and partner with Product Owners to provide recommendations for uptake
Provide consultation and technical support to other HRIS Analysts
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
5 years of work experience supporting HR information systems (e.g., Workday, Ceridian, Ultipro), including at least 2 years of experience with Workday configuration
Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Additional Qualifications
Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Excel (e.g., Macros, pivot tables, advanced charts/graphs, conditional formatting, data tables, basic programming) and PowerPoint functionality
Ability to effectively communicate technical information to all levels within the organization
Ability to manage several deliverables in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with building/supporting Workday integrations
Demonstrated experience implementing effective HR functional solutions leveraging technology
HR information system upgrade or implementation experience

Potential pay for this position ranges from $81,000.00 - $138,000.00 based on experience and skills.
