We are seeking a dedicated and cheerful Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering phones, performing customer service, and handling various clerical duties to ensure the smooth functioning of our dealership. The Receptionist will maintain the front desk area, greet and direct customers, and assist them with their inquiries.
Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming telephone communications.
Greet customers and direct them to the service area, coffee, restrooms, or seating areas.
Contact salespersons for customers as needed.
Order necessary supplies when authorized by managers.
Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
Maintain a cheerful and professional demeanor toward customers and other employees.
Essential Skills
Experience in customer service.
Outgoing personality.
Ability to multitask.
Administrative support skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Outlook.
Background in retail, food service, or similar fields is beneficial.
Work Environment
The position is located in NE Salem, within a dynamic dealership environment featuring Toyota, Subaru, Chevrolet, and Nissan. The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends with mandatory shifts on Saturdays and two Sundays a month. Initial training will be conducted over five days during regular hours and three days closing with another team member. Dress code is professional attire.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Salem, OR.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
