Responsibilities:
Produce, update, and provide best practice support on Microsoft documents, databases, and other departmental systems. Tasks may include purchasing materials, entering budgetary information, and recording time and expenses.
Prepare routine letters, email, minutes of meetings, and reports for approval by more senior colleagues or a senior executive.
Schedule appointments, make arrangements for meetings and conferences, and organize travel plans, following instructions to ensure more senior colleagues or a senior executive make the best use of their time.
Create a local document management system to support departmental efficiency and compliance.
Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying data‑driven insights and recommending process enhancements.
Pull, compile, and analyze statistical data from multiple systems to support reporting, trend identification, and decision‑making.
Utilize internal systems and tools to retrieve operational metrics, generate reports, and prepare summaries for leadership.
Apply basic to intermediate statistical methods (e.g., trend analysis, variance analysis, averages, distributions) to identify patterns, anomalies, and performance drivers.
Support continuous improvement efforts by translating data into insights and observations that highlight risks, opportunities, and areas for efficiency gains.
Skills:

Understand and effectively use standard office equipment and standard software packages to support business processes.
