Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Human Resources Coordinator positions in Saint Petersburg, FL. Responsibilities:

· Site payroll and benefit liaison to work with 3rd party administrator and corporate departments to assist employees as needed.

· Performs data entry actions in HRIS (Workday) such as hires, transfers and terminations; includes generating compliance reports and auditing data accuracy.

· Maintains time-keeping system (Kronos) including employee setup, schedules, PTO accruals, troubleshooting and approval processes.

· Supports bi-weekly payroll processing including timecard approvals, payroll input sheets, and maintaining payroll folders in compliance with standards.

Requirements:

· Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources, payroll or administration, preferably within manufacturing.

· Strong customer service skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Workday HRIS, and Kronos.

· High level of organization, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
