The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading one or more complex construction projects from early planning through final completion. This role provides strategic and hands-on leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. In addition to direct project leadership, the Senior Project Manager plays a key role in developing team members, strengthening client relationships, and advancing organizational initiatives.
Responsibilities
Ensure overall performance, financial results, and successful delivery of assigned projects.
Oversee project budgets, forecasts, and fee performance.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
Demonstrate leadership behaviors consistent with company values and operating principles.
Develop, coach, and mentor project management professionals.
Build long-term partnerships with owners, designers, subcontractors, and vendors.
Support and promote company-wide initiatives and best practices.

This is a Permanent position based out of Saint Paul, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $175000.00/yr.
