ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company Project Manager in Saint Paul, Minnesota

As a Project Manager in this role, you will be responsible for leading the creation of the DHS GO.gov PMO Charter and overseeing the coordination of PMO activities and workstreams. You will manage the identification and follow-up of action items, ensuring that all tasks are tracked and completed efficiently. Your responsibilities will also include developing and updating GO.gov content for stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and changes. Advising DHS GO.gov leadership on all aspects of the modernization program will be a key part of your duties, requiring you to provide strategic guidance and recommendations.

To excel in this position, familiarity with project management methodologies, work management platforms, and project coordination tools will be highly beneficial. Experience with stakeholder communication processes, action item tracking systems, and management solutions will support your ability to deliver results. Exposure to large-scale modernization initiatives, cross-functional team leadership, and program advisory roles will further enhance your effectiveness in this environment.   • Create and maintain the DHS GO.gov PMO Charter.

  • Coordinate PMO activities and manage multiple workstreams.

  • Identify, track, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.

  • Develop and update GO.gov content for stakeholders.

  • Advise DHS GO.gov leadership on all aspects of the modernization program.

  • Facilitate effective communication among project teams and stakeholders.

  • Oversee project management and work management processes.

  • Support project coordination to ensure alignment with program goals.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Cyber Security Business, Engineering, Management or a related field. An Associate’s Degree and 10 years of experience may be substituted for the BA/BS or equivalent relevant experience.

  • PMP Certification required

  • 6-8 years of experience with a minimum of 2 years Project Management experience.

Compensation Ranges

Compensation ranges for ASM Research positions vary depending on multiple factors; including but not limited to, location, skill set, level of education, certifications, client requirements, contract-specific affordability, government clearance and investigation level, and years of experience. The compensation displayed for this role is a general guideline based on these factors and is unique to each role. Monetary compensation is one component of ASM's overall compensation and benefits package for employees.
