Production Worker – Valve Rebuild & Tank Prep

Join a long‑standing chemical production facility where hands‑on work leads to union employment, strong pay increases, and long‑term job security . This Production Worker role offers mechanical, forklift, and warehouse work—with training to move into higher‑level operations over time.
What You’ll Do
Rebuild and install valves on chemical tanks using mechanical tools and presses
Prepare tanks for reuse: clean surfaces, remove labels, and complete prep work
Assemble tanks onto pallets and move materials using a sit‑down forklift
Stage, bag, tag, and label tanks for shipping and distribution
Support warehouse and shipping operations as needed
Read tape measures and follow work orders, procedures, and safety protocols
Safely handle chemicals while wearing required PPE
Cross‑train into chlorine tank filling operations after initial training
Occasionally support a nearby facility (advance notice provided)
What We’re Looking For
Required
3+ years in a production, warehouse, or industrial environment
Ability to lift 75–100 lbs repeatedly
Forklift experience (sit‑down preferred)
Strong safety mindset and ability to follow procedures
Comfortable working around chemicals and industrial odors
Able to pass respirator fit testing
Nice to Have
GMP or chemical production experience
Mechanical or valve assembly experience
Experience with staging, labeling, and shipping tasks
Schedule & Environment
1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime available
Industrial, hands‑on environment with PPE provided
Occasional chlorine or ammonia odors may be present

This is a Permanent position based out of Saint Paul, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
