Press Brake Setup Operator
Job Description
Join a dynamic sheet metal fabrication job shop serving a wide range of industries, including medical, aerospace, automotive, and HVAC . As a Press Brake Setup Operator , you will set up and operate CNC Amada and Cincinnati Press Brakes , forming high‑quality parts from stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC Amada and Cincinnati Press Brakes
Work with stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel
Inspect finished parts using standard inspection tools
Read and interpret blueprints and sketches
Perform machine setups independently with minimal assistance
Troubleshoot setup and operation issues as needed
Essential Skills
2+ years of recent experience setting up and operating press brakes
Strong ability to read and understand blueprints
Hands-on experience with:
Machine setup
Press brake operation
Basic troubleshooting
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience with Amada CXBIII1030 and HDS1303MT models is preferred, but not required

This is a Permanent position based out of SAINT PAUL, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $40.00/hr.
