You’ll start in the coiling department within a cleanroom environment, learning the precision and craftsmanship that define our team. ⭐ What You’ll Do
You’ll be part of a highly skilled production team, working with advanced tools and technology to assemble components that meet the highest medical standards.
Core Responsibilities
Operate coil‑winding machines and assemble medical components with accuracy and care.
Inspect and manipulate fine wires using microscopes to ensure exceptional quality.
Cross‑train in areas such as:
Molding
CEA Assembly
Laser Welding
Implantable Housings
Follow detailed work instructions and use small hand tools to complete precise assembly tasks.
Work with laser welding equipment and perform mechanical tasks such as stamping and component inspection.
⭐ What You Bring
We’re looking for individuals who enjoy detailed, hands‑on work and want to grow their technical skills.
4–6+ months of experience in medical manufacturing or working with small parts.
Practical experience using microscopes.
Familiarity with cleanroom procedures.
Ability to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures.
Comfort using small hand tools and performing repetitive, detail‑oriented tasks.

Mechanical aptitude, especially for roles in Implantable Housings.
Experience with sewing, crafting, or other activities requiring strong hand dexterity.
Flexibility and enthusiasm for cross‑training.

⭐ Your Work Environment
You’ll primarily work in a cleanroom—quiet, organized, and designed for precision. Cleanroom gowning is required to maintain product quality and safety. Some roles may rotate into non‑cleanroom areas where protective eyewear is needed. Whether you’re in a calm cleanroom or a more mechanical, hands‑on area, you’ll be part of a safe, well‑maintained, and team‑oriented workplace.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.78/hr.
