Creative Circle Marketing Communications Manager (Engineering / Manufacturing) in Saint Paul, Minnesota

Our client, a Saint Paul-based engineering and manufacturing company, has an immediate need for a Marketing Communications Manager. This position starts in an onsite, contract capacity and will continue (40 hours per week) with the intention of converting to a full-time, salaried position with comprehensive benefits - including flexibility to work remotely. Marketing Communications Manager Responsibilities: Plan, draft, edit, and execute internal and external communication plans including announcements, updates, and informative content Support leadership communications by preparing materials, coordinating approvals, ensuring accuracy and continuity, and managing distribution Execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns and content schedules that support brand visibility, client development, and service line needs Apply and uphold brand standards across communications, marketing materials, and client facing content Partner with HR to manage execution of internal communications (employee engagement, culture initiatives, and organizational updates) through approved channels (e.g., intranet, email, leadership updates) Support execution of external communications including website updates, social media content, and marketing collateral Assist with public-facing announcements, thought leadership content, and community communications Serve as a key point of coordination for communication and marketing requests, managing priorities and timelines Marketing Communications Manager Requirements: 5-7 years of corporate marketing and communications experience Demonstrated experience executing internal and external communications, marketing campaigns, and content calendars Strong writing, editing, and content planning skills across web, intranet, email, social, print, etc. Ability to translate complex or technical information into clear, audience-appropriate messaging Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field Prior experience in engineering, construction, or manufacturing industry is a plus (but not a must) In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
