Job Summary
The AWS Services Sales Manager will be responsible for managing all services sales activities with the focus of meeting Services Sales Targets. This role will manage a team of AWS Services Sales Executives and oversee Team performance, focusing on developing new AWS Services business with existing customers and acquiring new customers.

Manage all services sales activities with a focus on meeting ServicesTargets
Build a professional sales team (recruit, hire, and train new employees)
Manage a professionalservicessales team and oversee performance, coach, motivate, and mentor the team
Execute Sales Motions, Campaigns, and drive exponential territory growth
Driveservicesstrategy to develop new business with existing customers, andacquirenew customers
Drive Partner Field Engagement byestablishingand developing strong Partner relationshipswith AWS
Engage internal company resources into the Services and SalesProcess, such as Marketing to effectively create brand awareness
Overseeaccuratepipeline management
Ownership of the top customers in the territory
Develop and deliver effective sales presentations to customers
Schedule and attend customer appointments

Other Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
3+ years ofpreviousconsultativecloud servicessales management experiencerequired
Minimum5+ yearsbackground insellingprofessional IT services
Experienceselling AWS Cloud Serviceswith emphasis onAssessments, Migrations, Deployments, and overall cloud platform enablement
Proficiencyin Office applications; Microsoft Outlook, Work, Excel & PowerPoint
Possess a proven record of accomplishment inattainingsales goals and quotas
Ability to travel up to 40%
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $150,000 - $250,000 which includes a base salary and bonus/commissions. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
