Job Description
A world-leading manufacturing company is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support their expansive 240,000 square foot Corporate World Headquarters and R&D Center campus.
Responsibilities
Replace filters, bulbs, and clean equipment.
Organize workspaces and handle minor repairs.
Assist with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
Report facility concerns such as leaks or temperature issues.
Keep mechanical rooms and supply areas orderly.
Prepare spaces for contractors and vendors.
Monitor inventory and replenish supplies.

Work Environment
Work hours are Monday to Friday, first shift from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, with an on-call rotation. The campus includes two interconnected buildings with private offices, executive suites, and areas for scientists and R&D, housing 400 employees across various occupations.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
