Enterprise Data Management Analyst (onsite/hybrid)
Position Overview
As a key member of the Enterprise Risk Management team, you will be part of AgriBank's mission to support the people who feed the world. This position will support data management and data governance efforts in delivery of high-quality data that support AgriBank's operations and overall information technology (IT) framework.
Job Functions
Data Review
Review queries and comparisons of data to identify defects or areas for improvement Provide comparisons of data from various sources to facilitate data owners' reconciliation and validation Perform data reviews as defined by the data governance framework Communicate findings after review of issues with the data owner and steward
Data Flows
Identify key data inputs and outputs to identify redundancy and potential improvements in data sourcing Recognize and report areas for improvement in data sourcing and flow to ensure consistent results in processing and reporting Define data and requirements for the data environment, including formats, values, translations, table designs, layouts, etc.
Projects
Participate in IT projects including design review to ensure logical data flows and sourcing Work with IT vendors to test code changes that affect data Document impact of new projects on existing data flows and usage Test and report data issues during project development

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in information technology (IT), economics, accounting, finance, or a related field 3 years' data management and project leadership experience Certification in data analytics or project management preferred
Knowledge
Basic knowledge of technology and systems that support banking, loan accounting, and general ledger accounting Basic knowledge of lending practices and laws, cooperative structures, Farm Credit System, and Farm Credit Act regulations Basic knowledge of data quality dimensions (accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness) Basic knowledge of data concepts (data elements, tables, fields, source systems, reporting outputs) Experience supporting data issue tracking and resolution processes Experience working with structured data (databases, reports, extracts)
Skills
Ability to analyze data issues, identify patterns, and escalate findings appropriately Ability to follow defined data standards, naming conventions, and documentation practices Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Visio, and/or Power BI Proficiency in creating data queries and structured query language (SQL) statements Intermediate proficiency in analyzing, troubleshooting, and solving data and applications issues
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

The typical base range for this role is between $70,000 - $107,000. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
