Pay: $20/hour
Location: Eagan, MN
Schedule: Full-time | Field & Shop Work
About the Role
Join our restoration team to clean and restore buildings damaged by water, fire, smoke, and other events. This role involves hands-on work both in our shop and out in the field, with most time spent onsite helping customers recover their property. A new training program is being introduced soon—offering faster skill development and the potential for quicker raises.
Responsibilities
Support the restoration division with cleaning and restoring water-, fire-, and smoke‑damaged properties.
Deliver excellent customer service while performing content cleaning, packing client belongings, and completing jobsite cleanup.
Log, track, and clean customer contents with accuracy and care.
Perform fire cleaning and post‑construction cleaning tasks.
Assist with loading the van and ensuring all equipment and products are ready for each job.
Maintain a positive, professional attitude with customers and teammates.
Essential Skills & Requirements
0–6+ months of experience in janitorial work, cleaning, or general labor.
6+ months of customer service experience preferred.
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Strong attention to detail and positive attitude.
Ability to complete work orders and meet deadlines.
Clean driving record at time of hire.
Preferred Skills
Experience in any of the following is a plus:
General labor
Construction or carpentry
Cleaning or remediation
Demolition
Restoration or remediation construction

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
