Oak Manor is now seeking a qualified candidate to fill a Residential Program Director's position. We pride ourselves in having provided over 50 years of dedicated service serving those with intellectual disabilities in this community. The right candidate will be responsible for assisting with maintaining compliance with the state 6400 and 6100 Regulatory guidelines as outlined by the Office of Developmental Programs. The role will require knowledge of and the ability to implement, measure outcomes of and perform trend analysis in areas of Quality Management, Incident Management and Risk Management. This role also would hold responsibilities to implement the current measures related to Performance Based Contracting with the ability to adapt as these measures are updated annually. This position would also be responsible for assisting with the onboarding and orientation of new staff, maintaining employee files in compliance with organizational requirements and state regulations, and supporting and implementing the agency's Policy and Procedures. This position acts as a liaison between our organization and other community providers, families and outside organizations and therefore merits itself to a candidate who demonstrates compassion and professionalism.
