WHAT YOU'LL DO
Hunt for Professional TalentYou'll recruit the engineers, project managers, estimators, and business professionals who make complex projects possible. This isn't post-and-pray recruiting-you'll proactively source passive candidates, build relationships with top performers, and sell them on why Guarantee is where they should build their careers.
Build Tomorrow's WorkforceYou'll be instrumental in designing and executing our intern and rotational programs that create a sustainable talent pipeline. Partner with universities, develop campus relationships, and create experiences that interns into full-time Partners. You'll help design rotational programs that expose high-potential talent to different areas of our business, creating well-rounded future leaders.
Enable Rapid Project ScalingWhen we win a major project that needs 50 electricians in 30 days, you're the one who makes it happen. You'll develop surge recruiting strategies, maintain warm talent pools, and build partnerships that allow us to scale up (and down) with agility. This means understanding project timelines, maintaining relationships with union halls, and having your finger on the pulse of local labor markets.
Create Exceptional Candidate ExperiencesEvery candidate interaction shapes our employer brand. You'll design recruitment processes that are efficient, respectful, and memorable-whether someone gets the job or not. From first contact to first day, you'll ensure candidates feel the difference of the Guarantee Way.
Leverage Data to Drive DecisionsYou'll track metrics that matter-time to fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness-and use these insights to continuously improve our recruiting strategies. You'll present data-driven recommendations that help leadership understand our talent landscape and make informed decisions about growth.
Partner Across the BusinessYou'll work hand-in-hand with hiring managers to understand not just the role they need filled, but the problems they're trying to solve. You'll challenge requirements when needed, offer creative solutions, and ensure we're hiring for potential, not just current skills. You'll be their strategic partner, not their order taker.

WHAT YOU BRING
Proven Recruiting Success: 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a track record of filling professional and technical roles. You've successfully recruited engineers, project managers, or similar professionals in competitive markets. Experience in construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors is a plus.
Program Development Skills: You've contributed o or led campus recruiting, internship programs, or rotational programs. You understand how to build relationships with schools, engage early career talent, and create programs that develop future leaders.
High-Volume Capability: You've managed requisition loads of 20+ openings simultaneously and have experience with rapid scaling initiatives. You know how to maintain quality while moving at speed, and you've successfully recruited for project-based hiring surges.
Sourcing Excellence: You're a hunter who knows how to find purple squirrels. You're proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and creative sourcing techniques. You build talent pipelines before you need them and maintain warm relationships with passive candidates.
Business Partnership: You speak the language of business and understand how talent impacts the bottom line. You can push back diplomatically when job requirements don't make sense and offer alternative solutions. You're seen as a trusted advisor, not just a resume provider.
Technology Savvy: You're comfortable with ATS systems, recruiting analytics platforms, and emerging recruiting technologies. You understand how AI and automation can enhance (not replace) the human side of recruiting. You're always looking for tools that give us an edge.
Communication Excellence: Your written communication gets responses-whether it's an initial outreach to a passive candidate or an offer letter to a future Partner. You can present to leadership, facilitate hiring team meetings, and make every candidate feel valued through your interactions.
