Wells Fargo Senior Lead Product Manager in SAINT LOUIS, Missouri

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager to support the First Clearing channel within Wealth & Investment Management (WIM). This role serves as a dedicated product owner for a highly complex, multi‑product support space, providing hands‑on leadership across strategic initiatives, business continuity efforts, and correspondent firm onboarding.

The role partners closely with senior leaders, product teams, technology partners, and delivery teams to ensure First Clearing priorities are clearly defined, aligned across organizations, and executed with discipline. This position plays a critical role in reducing execution friction, improving coordination, and enabling scalable, compliant, and resilient product solutions across the Independent Solutions organization.

In this role, you will:

  • Serve as the Product Managers for the First Clearing support space, providing hands‑on ownership across strategic initiatives, business continuity, and correspondent firm onboarding

  • Support senior leaders by contributing to product strategy, business planning, requirements definition, and solution design for complex business and technical needs

  • Coordinate across product teams and lines of business to ensure First Clearing priorities are understood, aligned, and executed consistently

  • Help define product scope and priorities and manage backlog execution to support disciplined delivery and measurable outcomes

  • Support resolution of cross‑enterprise challenges by identifying dependencies, risks, and opportunities across product lines and platforms

  • Assist with product management activities for technical and diverse capabilities, including modernization efforts and vendor coordination

  • Ensure solutions consider scalability, resilience, and compliance, including regulatory, risk management, and business continuity requirements

  • Partner closely with stakeholders, SMEs, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery teams to guide execution and remove blockers

  • Own day‑to‑day product coordination and execution support to reduce tactical burden on senior leaders

  • Provide insights, updates, and recommendations to leadership to support planning and execution across Independent Solutions

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience serving as a product owner or product manager for complex, multi‑stakeholder platforms or enterprise capabilities

  • Strong background in agile product management, including backlog management, sprint planning, and delivery coordination

  • Experience working across multiple product teams and technology organizations in a highly matrixed environment

  • Demonstrated ability to support product strategy, roadmap development, and business planning for large‑scale initiatives

  • Experience identifying and managing cross‑enterprise dependencies, risks, and delivery tradeoffs

  • Familiarity with financial services, wealth management, brokerage, clearing, or correspondent platforms

  • Experience supporting business continuity, resiliency planning, or operational readiness

  • Ability to translate complex business and technical needs into clear requirements and actionable priorities

  • Experience partnering with technology teams, vendors, and third‑party providers

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence across senior levels

  • Proven ability to drive disciplined execution, operational efficiency, and scalable solutions in a regulated environment
