Edward Jones Senior Digital Risk Visualization & Reporting Analyst in Saint Louis, Missouri
Position Schedule: Full-Time
This job posting is anticipated to remain open for 30 days, from 20-Apr-2026. The posting may close early due to the volume of applicants.
We're seeking a highly skilled Digital Risk Visualization & Reporting Analyst to join our growing Digital Risk organization. In this role, you'll bring our data to life by transforming datasets within our Databricks medallion architecture, BI semantic layers, and our emerging Databricks-native applications into intuitive, meaningful, and user-friendly reporting experiences.
You'll be the team's go-to expert on how Digital Risk information should look, how users should interact with it, and how to turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
This role blends business intelligence, user experience, stakeholder engagement, and data fluency. You don't need to build pipelines - but you must understand data well enough to shape it, question it, visualize it, and communicate it effectively.
What You'll Do:
Own the design, layout, and user experience of Digital Risk reporting across BI dashboards and Databricks-native applications.
Build polished, intuitive dashboards using modern BI tools that simplify complex Digital Risk concepts.
Work within our Databricks medallion architecture to understand available datasets, assess data quality, and shape data for reporting use cases.
Act as the experience architect for our Databricks-based risk application - guiding layout, structure, interaction patterns, and usability.
Meet with stakeholders to understand what they need, even when not fully articulated, and translate those needs into structured reporting requirements.
Navigate ambiguity with comfort, proposing user-centered designs that simplify decision-making.
Tell the story behind Digital Risk indicators, controls, and operational trends through clean, compelling visuals.
Ensure reporting experiences are consistent, intuitive, and aligned with how Digital Risk partners consume information.
Collaborate with peers across the Digital Risk reporting team to build cohesive, scalable reporting solutions.
Document reporting logic, UX decisions, and data flows for clarity and future reuse.
Nice-to-haves:
Ability to develop lightweight, interactive analytics apps using Python frameworks such as Streamlit.
Comfortable creating visualizations using Python-based visualization libraries suitable for use within Streamlit applications.
Ability to apply modern UX/UI design principles to analytics and reporting workflows.
