A Typical Day

The MFD Recruiting and Training Manager will lead the full-cycle talent strategy for the St. Louis site. You will be responsible for sourcing, hiring, and developing associates annually with a heavy emphasis on localized retention and long-term career conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Liaison & SLA Management: Serve as the strategic bridge between St. Louis Hiring Managers and the Central Talent Acquisition team. You will ensure seamless communication, timely candidate dispositioning, and strict adherence to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Recruitment Optimization: Drive the "Candidate Journey" by managing the process from initial assessment reviews through interview scheduling. Your focus on process optimization will directly improve the site's Time-to-Hire metrics and candidate experience.

  • Onboarding & Logistics: Ensure a "Day One Ready" experience by managing the end-to-end onboarding workflow. This includes the prompt issuance of offer letters and the coordination of all logistical needs, such as equipment procurement and network access setup.

  • Training Alignment: Partner closely with the Global L&D team to customize and deliver new hire training. You will ensure that the curriculum remains agile and aligns with the evolving technical needs of both the candidates and the hiring managers.

  • Process Standardization: Maintain and evolve the Hiring Manager’s Toolkit to ensure a consistent, high-standard application of our hiring process across all St. Louis departments.

  • Operational Support: Act as the primary administrative and strategic lead for the hiring process to alleviate the daily recruitment burden on operations and hiring managers, allowing them to remain focused on core business functions.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years in campus recruiting, talent development, or managing rotational programs.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to engage Gen Z talent.

  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and data analytics tools.

  • Proven ability to design and facilitate engaging workshops or training sessions.

    Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:

  • Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role

  • Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role

  • Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role

    Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
