*ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: *
Complete service requests in a timely manner and interact with residents to ensure their needs are met.
Prepare vacant units to occupancy standards within established time frames.
Inspect property mechanical systems and grounds, addressing safety issues immediately with management.
Conduct advanced routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
Perform cleaning and upkeep of common areas and grounds.
Train and mentor junior maintenance staff as needed.
Inspect property and address maintenance concerns proactively.
Assist in emergency repairs as directed by supervisors and rotate on-call for emergency maintenance.
Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and report any shortages.

COMPENSATION:
$25-$26.00 per hour

[2+ years of experience in general maintenance or related field. [ Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems. [ Affordable housing experience is a plus.
