Under the supervision of a more experienced Engineer, an Intern will be exposed to:
Perform electrical design of lighting, power distribution and communication systems including fire alarm systems.
Collaborate with mechanical and electrical Drafter/Designers on the production of construction documents (drawings and specifications)
Analyze data and prepare technical reports and documentation
Assist in the design and development of electrical systems and circuits
Research commercially available equipment and selecting equipment appropriate for project/client needs.
Provide excellent communication to all stakeholders
Perform field inspections to verify existing site conditions.
