Kyrios, Inc. is seeking to employ five (5) construction helpers for temporary full-time employment for the time period of 4/1/2026 to 11/15/2026. Work is generally 8-hour workdays, 40 hour workweek, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30pm. Work is principally at sites in the St. Louis, MO-IL MSA including Franklin, Jefferson, and St. Louis Counties, and St. Louis City. Workers will begin each day at 521 Lida Lane, St. Louis, MO 63125 and Employer will provide transportation to the various worksites and back to the starting location each day. Hourly wage of between $17.56 and $22.56. Possible overtime (at Employers discretion) at wage of time and a half between $26.35 and $33.84 per hour. No minimum education or experience or training required. No on the job training.

Workers will work with and help construction laborers and others in the performance of exterior house remodeling, house repair, and house construction after foundation pour until under roof before winter months. Workers will assist with various tasks to be performed while work can be completed in outdoor milder weather by laborers and others by providing assistance such as carrying tools and materials, moving equipment and other tools used by the laborers and others on-site and putting away and cleaning equipment and tools, cleaning up work sites after work is completed and disposing of waste materials from work site. All tasks to be carried out under the supervision and direction of other employees. Candidates for hire must be fit and able to lift weight as required to move equipment and material as needed for assigned tasks, with or without reasonable accommodations. Employer will rely on candidates reporting and Employers observation to conclude candidate meets physical requirements.

Employer will use a single workweek as standard to compute wages, wages to be paid, no less frequently than every two weeks, all deductions required by law to be made from gross wages by employer. Workers guaranteed pay for minimum work of three-fourths of all workdays contained in each 12-week period of employment contemplated in this work order. Employer will make reimbursement to workers who complete at least 50 percent of work term certificated as indicated below for subsistence and travel (and lodging if required) from home to place of employment if relocating from outside St. Louis, MO-IL MSA and will pay for return home transportation and subsistence and costs if the worker completes work for the entire term of certified employment or is dismissed from employment early. Travel reimbursement to be the lowest cost bus fare (and overnight lodging if required) between the Employers place of business in St. Louis, Missouri and worker's home. Subsistence reimbursement to be paid limited to a minimum of $16.28 per day and a maximum amount verified by receipts of up to $68.00 per day of travel. Employer may provide assistance to workers to obtain group home rental housing to be rented from entities other than the Employer at a market value rent to be paid by the worker separately from paycheck. Workers may obtain any housing of their choice and at their own cost. Employer will also reimburse the worker for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other H-2B related processing fees (excluding worker passport fees) incurred by worker within the first week of work.
