Job Title: Project Manager - Capital Expansion in a Manufacturing Environment
Job Description
Join a dynamic team in leading a substantial capital expansion project involving new construction and infrastructure enhancements. Be a part of the transformation by overseeing the installation of reactors, bulk tanks, and other essential equipment as well as managing construction and process enhancements.

Responsibilities
Oversee the installation of 40 reactors, 10 bulk tanks, and bulk materials.
Manage the installation of boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and the erection of new buildings.
Design and build mezzanines with a primary focus over the next 2-3 years.
Provide support for smaller projects to support ongoing expansion.
Work collaboratively with civil/structural, automation, mechanical, and electrical engineers.
Manage outsourced contractors and provide hands-on experience in construction management and capital projects.
Facilitate construction management in a manufacturing environment.
Implement process piping and ensure the ability to read P&IDs.
Coordinate with contractors, writing permits to work, and monitoring daily progress.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and collaborate with the EHS manager.
Assist in expanding the building vertically, ensuring adherence to protocols.
Utilize MS Project for managing project timelines and milestones.
Essential Skills
Proven experience in construction management within a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated project management skills, particularly in piping and P&IDs.
Experience managing outside contractors and tracking significant milestones.
Mechanical engineering experience is beneficial.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with MS Project and familiarity with Gantt charts.
Hands-on experience in a large-scale capital project.
Work Environment
Work involves a balanced schedule with 50% of the time in the field/manufacturing/construction setup and the remainder in a corporate office. The office and field sites are located just a few blocks apart, facilitating easy coordination and collaboration.

This is a Contract position based out of Saint Louis, MO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00/hr.
