Description du poste
Le candidat sera responsable de la préparation des commandes dans le centre de distribution. Il préparera, palettisera et emballera les commandes pour l'expédition en utilisant un transpalette électrique. Le candidat sera sur le transpalette 95% du temps et sera formé à son utilisation ainsi qu'à celle du chariot élévateur Raymond. Il utilisera un système de voice picking pour récupérer les commandes. Les produits pèsent en moyenne 20 lbs mais peuvent atteindre jusqu'à 40 lbs. Le travail est répétitif et le candidat doit être à l'aise avec un environnement froid (4 à 8 degrés Celsius).
Responsabilités
Préparer, palettiser et emballer les commandes pour l'expédition.
Utiliser un transpalette électrique pour la majorité du temps de travail.
Suivre une formation sur l'utilisation du transpalette et du chariot élévateur Raymond.
Utiliser le voice picking pour la préparation des commandes.
Compétences Essentielles
Expérience minimale de 6 mois en préparation de commandes utilisant un transpalette.
Capacité à soulever 40 lbs de manière répétitive.
Expérience antérieure dans l'industrie alimentaire/environnement réfrigéré.
Compétences Supplémentaires & qualifications
Expérience avec le voice picking.
Expérience avec le chariot élévateur Raymond.
Expérience de travail de nuit.

Environnement De Travail
Le siège social du centre de distribution couvre environ 400 000 pieds carrés et stocke principalement des produits alimentaires, en grande partie des produits laitiers. La température est maintenue à 4 degrés, mais des manteaux et l'équipement nécessaire pour rester au chaud sont fournis. La santé et la sécurité sont prioritaires et l'environnement est bien éclairé, sans odeurs fortes en raison de la température. Bien que l'environnement soit principalement francophone, il y a aussi des employés anglophones.

Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for order picking in the distribution center. They will prepare, palletize, and wrap orders for shipping using an electric pallet jack. The candidate will be on the pallet jack 95% of the time and will receive training on its use as well as on the Raymond reach. They will use a voice-pick system to pick orders. Products weigh an average of 20 lbs but can go up to 40 lbs. The work is repetitive, and the candidate must be comfortable in a cold environment (4 to 8 degrees Celsius).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.95 - $24.95/hr.
