Insight Global Customer Success Executive in Saint-Laurent, Quebec
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Customer Success Executive to join a growing sales team supporting one of our enterprise logistics clients. This role blends inside sales with aspects of account management. You will be responsible for selling FedEx services (primarily by phone) to both new and existing customers.
This position requires working on-site three days per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) in Quebec.

• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to think strategically and influence stakeholders
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Outlook • Familiarity with Excel
• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or B2B sales
• Strong email organization and CRM management skills
