Kelly Services recrute un Superviseur(euse) de production pour joindre l’équipe pour un client reconnu dans l’industrie optique.
Lieu : Saint-Laurent
Horaire : Jour, 37.5 heures par semaine
Salaire : 34 à 41 $/heure

Responsabilités :
Gestion opérationnelle
Superviser les coordonnateurs et diriger l’équipe de production du quart de jour
Organiser les flux de production et améliorer l’efficacité
Assurer la qualité, le respect des délais et le suivi de la production
Suivre les indicateurs de performance et proposer des améliorations
Gérer l’entretien des équipements, les fournitures et les inventaires
Planifier les horaires, la facturation et les opérations quotidiennes
Veiller au respect des normes de santé et sécurité
Gestion des ressources humaines et administration
Favoriser un environnement de travail positif soutenant la performance, le respect des politiques RH et les normes de santé et sécurité
Encadrer, former, évaluer et soutenir le personnel
Participer au recrutement et au développement des compétences
Maintenir une communication efficace et un bon climat de travail
Gérer la paie, les vacances et les dossiers du personnel
Assurer les suivis administratifs et RH
Qualifications :
Diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) dans un domaine pertinent au poste
3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire, incluant la gestion d’équipe
Bonne capacité d’analyse, de résolution de problèmes et de prise de décision
Excellentes habiletés de communication et leadership
Bilingue français/anglais, écrit et parlé (communication avec des employés francophones et anglophones)
Expérience en optique (un atout)

Kelly Services is recruiting a Production Supervisor to join the team for a well established client in the optical industry.
Location: Saint-Laurent
Schedule: Day shift, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: $34 to $41 per hour
Position Type: Temporary
Contract: 6 months
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: October 16, 2026
Responsibilities:
Operations Management
Supervise coordinators and lead the day shift production team
Organize production workflows and improve efficiency
Ensure quality standards, on time delivery, and production follow up
Track performance indicators and recommend improvements
Manage equipment maintenance, supplies, and inventory
Plan schedules, billing, and daily operations
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Human Resources & Administration
Foster a positive work environment that supports performance while ensuring compliance with HR policies and health and safety standards
Coach, train, evaluate, and support employees
Participate in recruitment, skills development and performance evaluation
Maintain effective communication and a positive work environment
Manage payroll, vacation scheduling, and employee files
Handle required administrative and HR follow ups
Qualifications:
Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in a field relevant to the position
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, including team management
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication skills and demonstrated leadership
Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken (to communicate with French and English speaking employees)
Experience in the optical industry (an asset)
