Aerotek Cutter Helper in Saint James, Minnesota
Production Associate – Cutter Helper START ASAP
Shifts Available:
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Mon–Fri) + OT as needed
2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 1:30 AM
Pay: 16.45/hr
Join a fast‑paced food production team where your work directly supports quality, safety, and efficiency. As a Production Associate (Cutter Helper), you’ll assist in cutting, processing, and packaging chicken products while maintaining a clean, safe, and high‑quality work environment.
What You’ll Do
Cut, process, and package chicken products to meet daily production goals
Assist with whole‑bird bagging and deboning
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures
Keep your work area clean and organized
Maintain strong attention to safety while working at a steady production-line pace
What You Bring
Strong hand‑eye coordination
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment
General production or labor experience
Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in food processing or manufacturing
Ability to bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
Forklift experience (nice to have, not required)

This is a Permanent position based out of Saint James, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $34216.00 - $34216.00/yr.
Anyone placed at Butterfiled is paid 1.5 overtime for hours worked after 8 hours per day, after 40 hours per week, and any hours on Saturday.

This is a fully onsite position in Saint James,MN.
