We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead PMO to join the Global Transformation Office within Mars Pet Nutrition . This role sits at the heart of our transformation agenda, providing oversight, structure and delivery excellence across some of our most significant global programmes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, monitoring, and control of the SRM programme, ensuring effective management of time, cost, scope, roadmap, KPIs, and day‑to‑day programme execution.
Set and embed programme and project management standards across the SRM portfolio, applying SRO frameworks, artefacts, governance, quality assurance, and change control.
Own programme status reporting and insights for the SRM Board and SRO High Involvement Initiative Scorecard, bringing risks, dependencies, and recommendations back to the SRO team.
Manage programme‑level RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) in close collaboration with initiative and project leads, including management of interdependencies with other Pet Nutrition strategic initiatives.
Lead programme financial management, including budget tracking across business and digital costs and reconciliation with S&F ahead of periodic TIGG updates.
Partner with the Change Manager, Corporate Affairs Lead, PMOs, and wider experts to deliver a unified operating model, promote best‑practice programme, project, and agile ways of working, and increase business change effectiveness.
About you
Experience as a PMO leader across projects and programmes
Strong background in programme-level planning, controls, governance, and financial management
Confidence working with and influencing senior stakeholders
Experience supporting change management and people-led transformation
Experience with Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) programmes or commercial transformations – desirable
Exposure to digital transformation and enterprise systems
Awareness or application of AI-enabled PMO practices (e.g. automated planning, reporting, risk sensing) with a mindset focused on helping PMO capability become “AI ready” - desirable
