OIF Dream Center Kitchen Manager / Cook in Saint Cloud, Minnesota

Job Duties

OIF is seeking a dependable and experienced Kitchen Manager / Cook to oversee daily kitchen operations at our St. Cloud board and lodging facility. This role is responsible for meal planning, food preparation, grocery ordering, food safety compliance, and maintaining an organized kitchen environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable preparing nutritious meals for large groups while working within a budget and maintaining ServSafe standards.

Minimum Education Required

Higher education such as college credits or a degree is recommended but not required.

Minimum Experience Required

• Able to cook for large groups using a budget.

• Ability to prepare nutritious meals 2 times a day, 5 days a week.

• Must be able to plan 2 meals a day, 2 times a week for Saturday's & Sunday's.

• Ability to follow instructions given by Chief Executive Officer.

• Ability to work with adult men with mental illness and chemical dependency issues.

• Ability to work with other staff members.

• Knowledgeable about commercial kitchens and how they are run.

• Knows how to plan meals for large groups.

• Knowledgeable about food preparation and storage regulations.
