Summary
Traditional hospitalist position in a large, well-established, and highly supportive group recognized for exceptional physician retention, with more than 70 physicians working alongside advanced practice providers. The position is open to both Internal Medicine and Family Medicine physicians and offers the chance to teach residents and medical students. Physicians benefit from flexible scheduling options and the opportunity to expand their practice into areas such as inpatient rehabilitation, ICU care, telemedicine, and critical access hospitals.

Full-time and part-time options available
7 days on/ 7 days off schedule
9-hour shifts
Pay and Benefits
Salary range: $325,000 - $400,000 per year
Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.

Qualifications
Required:
Medical Degree or Doctor of Osteopathy
BE/BC in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure
Family Medicine applicants must have 2 years of hospital experience or a fellowship in Hospital Medicine
