Summary
Practice across CentraCare Health Plaza and St. Cloud Hospital, splitting your time between outpatient endoscopy and clinic and inpatient rounding and procedures. This role offers the best of both environments: structured outpatient care alongside the fast-paced nature of inpatient consults and acute GI procedures. Physicians play a key role in growing advanced GI service lines, delivering cutting-edge care comparable to major academic centers while supporting a strong community-focused mission. This position is ideal for physicians seeking variety and versatility, balancing routine outpatient practice with high-acuity inpatient care.
Schedule
Dual Practice Setting: Split time between outpatient clinic/endoscopy and inpatient rounding and procedures.
Balanced Clinical Variety: Combine structured clinic time with dynamic inpatient consults and acute care procedures.
Academic Collaboration: Opportunities to support advanced GI services and collaborate on education and clinical innovation.
Pay and Benefits:
Salary range: expected minimum $752,000, could be as high as $1,000,000 plus per year, based on production incentive levels achieved
Tiered production incentive model
8,435 wRVU (or greater) annually achieves highest tier
Premium conversion factor of $89.25 at highest tier
Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
