The Director of Obstetrics & Women’s Health Clinic will provide strategic and operational leadership for the OB clinic, oversee day-to-day operations and ensure high-quality, efficiency, and patient-centered care. The Director develops and maintains a deep understanding of clinical and operational workflows, applies a continuous improvement mindset to optimize performance and meet the evolving needs of the communities served by CentraCare.
Working in close collaboration with Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, supervisors, and leaders across Women’s and Newborn Health, the Director ensures seamless coordination of care across various care settings. This position is responsible for fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, and professional growth through the recruitment, retention, and development of a highly qualified workforce. Strong communication, feedback, and collaboration are emphasized to support team effectiveness and quality outcomes.
Schedule:
Full-time | 80 hours every 2 weeks
Monday-Friday | 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Onsite position | CentraCare Plaza
Pay and Benefits:
Starting pay begins at $114,810.92 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience
Salary range: $114,810.92 - $172,227.33 per year
Salary range is based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate.

Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree required (Bachelors in nursing preferred).
Master’s degree in business or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of leadership, management, or supervisory experience required.
Demonstrated management skills including leadership, problem solving, communication, organization and goal setting are essential.
Strong organizational skills to plan and coordinate areas of responsibility.
Experience with quality and systems improvement is key.
Working knowledge of Physician and Advance Practice Provider practice management is important.
