Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, installing, troubleshooting, and repairing various types of CNC equipment and industrial electronic systems. You will also work with DC and AC variable frequency drives, programmable logic controllers, and test equipment. This position requires a strong understanding of mechanical prints and electrical line diagrams.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, install, troubleshoot, and repair CNC equipment.

  • Maintain, install, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electronic and control systems.

  • Set-up and troubleshoot DC and AC variable frequency drives.

  • Troubleshoot and repair programmable logic controllers such as Allen-Bradley SLC-500 & CompactLogix controllers.

  • Utilize test equipment effectively.

  • Possess basic knowledge of air compressors, pneumatic, hydraulic, chilled water, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

  • Read and understand mechanical prints/drawings and electrical line diagrams/relay logic.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in industrial maintenance

  • Ability to utilize test equipment

  • Knowledge of DC and AC variable frequency drives

  • Understanding of air compressors and HVAC systems

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Charles, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
