Actalent Licensed Architect in Saint Charles, Illinois
An established civil/environmental engineering and surveying firm based in St. Charles is looking to add a Licensed Architect to their team! This individual will start out working in their St. Charles office, but can then transition to their Oak Brook location if preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading the design and documentation efforts, along with overall project coordination and communication with consultants and engineers
Will travel to job sites as needed for construction administration purposes
Will work with clients (usually local municipalities) to understand the needs of the project
Will collaborate with trades in-house
Qualifications:
Degree in Architecture
Licensed Architect in IL
Revit or AutoCAD proficiency
Experience leading projects (not necessarily project teams) through construction administration
Familiarity with a variety of building materials
Familiarity with ADA/accessibility standards
Municipal, industrial, or commercial project experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Charles, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $57.69/hr.
